The Manhattan City Commission’s weekly meeting will begin at 5 p.m. today at City Hall. A city commission work session will focus on the Manhattan Regional Airport Master Plan and Noise Study Update.
    A special city commission meeting will follow at 7 p.m. to discuss the Petition and Ordinance to Eliminate Smoking in places of employment and public places. The city-wide smoking ban has been under consideration for several months. Each meeting will be televised on local cable channel 3.
